All you need is a computer and you to join. All classes are verbally guided by a professional movement teacher so no need to strain your neck to look at the screen during the session.
The classes are different from a standard exercise or yoga class. Yes, you do a variety of whole body movements in sitting or lying down BUT the big difference is you add attention and awareness on HOW you do the movement.
The awareness helps you really tune in and instead of using effort, sweat or strain, you improve through using slow, mindful movement.
Think of it like "working in" rather than "working out".
All body types and levels of experience are welcome. It doesn't matter if you've never tried yoga or Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement ® class before or you've been doing it for years.
Online classes are held via Zoom - the link is sent to you when you register (and you get a reminder each week before class).
