Gentle yoga exercises for women more than six weeks after giving natural birth or 2 months after a C/Section delivery. This one hour class is designed for mothers to bring their babies along until they are six months old (up until crawling stage). The main aim is to take time for yourself, to relax and recharge, and to relieve tension and stress while your child is lying on the blanket in front of you or right by your side under your care. Any time your child needs you, you are there to feed him/her or just make him/her feel secure. When your child is calm again you can return to your practice.
Yoga is an excellent way to recondition your pelvic floor muscles, stretch and strengthen your back muscles, release tension from your shoulders etc.
The more relaxed and balanced you are, the more relaxed and happier your child will be.
