Learn the ancient Chinese practice of Tai Chi in a welcoming, friendly setting. Originally a martial art, Tai Chi is widely respected as an exercise that promotes overall good health and a calm mind. Tai Chi is an exercise that anyone can do, as it uses natural, comfortable movements that are gentle on the joints.

We begin with a set of exercises that are easy to learn and remember, and enjoyable to perform. These provide a gentle stretching and movement regime, and immediately start improving balance, stability, coordination and agility.

Your first month of training is free with no commitment, so you can begin to discover the benefits for yourself, and work out if Tai Chi is for you.

Chans Martial Arts is affiliated to Sing Ong Tai Chi and teaches Yang style Tai Chi Chuan.
