8 sessions are run over 9 weeks - from 6.30-8.30 pm, starting Wed18th May to Wed 13th July (with a break on Wed 1st June). Each 2 hr session will include a presentation as well as mindfulness exercises and practices. Participants will be encouraged to practice mindfulness exercises during the week to build on the skills learnt during sessions. Limited spaces are available as I keep the group small.
