Please follow government guidelines.* Join Age Concern Wellington Region Tuesdays for a class designed to improve strength and balance, help prevent a fall, and make new friends! Call 04 499 6648 for more information. Gold coin donation. Classes consist of a combination of sitting, standing and walking exercises, and take around an hour. They are ideal for complete beginners, are ongoing and you can find out how you’ve improved over your first 10 weeks. Please come 10 minutes before class the first time you attend.
