This two-hour class will incorporate a number of mudras, mantra, pranayama exercises and gentle yoga. The mudras we will work with are hand positions, you can think of them as yoga for your hands! We will work with the mantra Om/ Aum, the sound of the Universe. Pranayama exercises work with breath and energy, the two are linked. We will explore cavity breathing, ujjayi and either nadi shodhana or kapalabhati. And we will thread it all together with some beautiful, gentle yoga. The aim of the class will be to nurture and replenish you.
