Please note:
Starting July 21st these classes will be running on a Wednesday (same time, 12–1pm).

Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in any week. A different topic is taught every 3–4 weeks. Beginners welcome.

Connect with your own potential for inner resilience no matter what happens around you. In this series learn methods to build a strong foundation for happiness and confidence within your own mind.
