Well Balanced

During this 8 week Chakra course, you will learn about the Chakras and the energetic body and prana.
These centres of energy and consciousness are the foundation of our being, you will learn about each one from the basic level.
Often when we are under pressure we can feel it emotionally and physically and we try to treat the emotional, mental and physical but once we learn more about the energetic body we can focus deeper within ourselves into our subtle bodies.

During this course we will focus on a different chakra/energy centre each week —the symbols that represent them and the ways in which the chakras underlie our physical, energetic, mental, and emotional functioning and our evolving consciousness.

Learn how Yoga and meditation can help to clear, unblock and balance the Chakras. Be prepared for some aha moments and releasing old energies from the body.
