This is a progressive series of Fitness Master Classes following the three stages of ‘The F.I.T Method’. We’ll get started with the essentials, learning some of the key principles for developing good daily practice. Lauren is an experienced practitioner who will guide you through each session safely while gradually moving you forward to an intermediate or advanced level of practice. Each session will be a fusion of Pilates, yoga, learning inversions (headstands & handstands) including some breathwork. There will be valuable life hacks throughout the sessions inspiring you to create healthy habits for your busy lives, relaxation, & stress management.
Each person will also receive online daily routines for core, stretch, meditation & relaxation.
This course is suitable for all levels of fitness & ages & stages of life.
