Yoga in the Park is back for the 3rd year. Join us at Waikanae Park for some yoga. Yoga offers a gentle way of improving your flexibility and strength, while experiencing breathing and moving in a safe and effective way.
Mobility and Balance are key aspects of improving and maintaining your quality of life. If you are 15, 70+ or anything in between- Our Yoga classes are suitable for beginners and people of all ages, who want to work on their physical and/or mental wellbeing. Learn to trust, accept and appreciate your body as it is.
