The King Technique for self-healing - the power to heal lies within each of us.
In addition to the various types of healing available outside of ourselves, there is also a source of healing that exists within each of us just waiting for us to tap into it. A simple, yet powerful self-healing technique was designed by a Master of yoga, Dr George King.
In this workshop, you will be taught how to perform ‘The King Technique’ for self-healing. Based on the principle that universal energy, or prana, flows through the energy centres, or chakras, The King Technique is a simple but highly effective spiritual healing technique. It was designed primarily to be given to others, but was also adapted especially for self-healing. We’ll share the theory behind why healing works as well as how to do it. You will get to practice the technique during the workshop so you can really feel confident you understand it by the end.
Self-healing practices - we cover easy to learn self-healing practices including:
- Deep breathing, also referred to as yoga breathing, or pranayama
- Visualisations such as the protective Violet Flame Practice
- Positive affirmations
- The Water Charging Practice
