By using meditation we can actively improve our mind until eventually we will eradicate all our negativity and enjoy a peaceful and happy mind all the time. On this course you will learn all the basics of meditation so that you can establish a successful meditation practice at home. This course is suitable for everyone. Everyone welcome!

What to expect at a class:
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend or to benefit from them. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
