Young local dancers and skaters.
With Emma Vickers, Briony Martin and Wayne Pretty.

Where and when: 10 am and again at 11 am at Wānaka Skate Park.
Supported by Queenstown Lakes Creative Communities Scheme.

United Dance Crew
The United Dance Crew are a group of differently abled kids, youth and adults. Included in M!NT Charitable Trust's activity programme and a part of Dance Out Loud, these dancers work with three amazing young teachers: Millie Cranfield, Bella Robertson and Neve Stalker. The crew is the first of its kind in our region, enabling those with additional needs to succeed in the wonderful world of dance. Watch this incredible group hit the streets of Wānaka - you'll be guaranteed to be grooving along with them!

Big Data
When the answer to everything is at our fingertips, how much information is too much information? And who else has access to it? In Big Data, a specially-developed app whisks you on a journey around town to find where your social media data goes – and who is looking after it. Part treasure hunt, part mystery; this adventure is filled with challenges and bizarre characters from bots right through to the big data boss.

Bring your smartphone and look out for information nearer the time! Information is the key to unlock whole other worlds…

Lockdown Laundry / Love Letters and Break-Up Notes
Katja Starke comes to town with her trusty old portable typewriter to listen to your lockdown experiences and write them up to share with others.

She also does a fine line in love letters and break-up notes – customised for you, and written with integrity, some groovy poetry and a sense of fun.

Rollicking Entertainment
Such great street performers – catch one of the Rollicking Entertainment Shows when they hit own on Saturday morning!

Insecurity guards
They’ll deal to all your insecurities!

ACE brass
This Auckland trio – trumpet, horn and trombone – will play with verve and style on a street corner.

The Air Between Us
A dance between two people in mid-air. Critically-acclaimed choreographer Chloe Loftus and award-winning disabled artist Rodney Bell perform a captivating outdoor aerial duet mid-air between trees. Chloe and Rodney – who performs in his wheelchair – explore our innate capacity to exist in harmony. Circling each other like twin planets and pulled by each other’s energy, their partnership celebrates equality and connection.

Street Theatre programme supported by Otago Community Trust and Central lakes Trust
Sponsored by Radio Wanaka.
