Thursday lunch-hour yoga classes for the tech-addled body!
Do you feel like your computer time is going south? Eyes fried, shoulders hurting, posture unexistant, brain foggy, attention span blitzed? Do you want to upgrade your body + mind to be able to handle the amount of digital information you put into and surround yourself with?
Join us for 55 minutes of Future Yoga from the comfort of your own computer. Using a mix of ergonomic exercises, desk stretches, tantric yoga, and mind training, we'll tune ourselves up every week so you can exist more comfortably around your computer and phone.
All live classes have no webcam, so if you're feeling Zoom fatigued, this one's for you. Instead, each week's lesson will be a mix of hand-drawn illustrations, videos, and lovingly coded websites. I'll guide us through the steps, and you can refer back to angblev.com/yoga/library to practice the sets again any time!
