St Chad’s Anglican / Methodist Church in the South Kaipara Anglican Methodist Co-operating Parish was Inaugurated on the 24th May 2009.
The Church at Huapai is on the corner of Oraha Rd and Matua Rd, it was completed in 2000 and has a hall, kitchen, small meeting room and toilets. These facilities are available for local community groups to hire. They are used for meetings by the Girl Guides, Brownies, Senior Net, Kumeu Blend Choir, and the Kumeu Probus Club.
