A celebration of the Pacific’s cacao and chocolate history in cultivation, value, innovation and its potential in the world’s Artisan food markets. To mark this occasion we have designed six exciting competitions to reward Farmers, Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Makers, Youth Innovators, and Chocolate Lovers.
We have an exciting mix of craft chocolate exhibitors, participants and supporters from around the Pacific including New Zealand and Australia.
Included are a range of cacao and chocolate workshops showcasing some of the unique ways of consuming cacao and the incredible talent of craft chocolatiers who bring out the best in Pacific beans through bean-to-bars.
The winners of the Samoan beans category, will have their beans sent to the prestigious Cocoa of Excellence Awards in Paris next year.
