Have you ever heard of “Rescue Remedy”? This is a flower remedy which is part of a whole system of flower remedies invented by Dr. Bach. This two-hour workshop will introduce you to the 38 remedies Dr Bach created and give you the confidence to start using them in your own life to achieve joy and happiness.

“Dr Bach’s Original Flower Remedies” is a system of 38 Flower Remedies to help mankind achieve joy and happiness. Dr. Edward Bach discovered that flowers in nature have the ability to affect our emotions in a positive manner. The energies from different flowers can remove our emotional pain and suffering, which over time harm our health and impair healing. He made sure that when he died in 1936 his original Bach Flower system would be simple and easy for everyone to understand and use.

The Bach Flower Remedies work in harmony with herbs, homeopathy and medications and are safe for everyone, including children, pregnant women, pets, the elderly and even plants.

Course fee includes a sample Flower Remedy.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
- Describe the history of the Remedies
- Describe Dr Bach’s life and how it led to the creation of the remedies
- Develop an awareness of how to use the Bach Flower system and the remedies
- Explain the production process for the base remedies
- Confidently choose a single remedy for a current life situation
- Explain how a remedy works on emotions and what happens when you take the “wrong” remedy.

Note: Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel. We'll let you know by email so please check yours regularly. If you need to cancel your registration, here are our terms and conditions: "What You Need to Know".
