Kenna will coach you through an inversion workout packed with information with handy a tips and tricks sheet to take home. The workout will include a warm-up, active stretching and conditioning, inversion practice and drills and cool down.
Kenna has 8 years experience coaching competitive Rhythmic Gymnastics and 2 and a half years experience as a personal trainer specialising in inversion training. Kenna has previously run handstand workshops at High Above and is excited to be making a return.
