Cavas Rosell Boher is celebrating 20 years since their first sparkling vintage and 120 years of winemaking tradition. It all began in 1999 when the facilities of the winery founded at the end of the 19th century by Bernardo Martínez, grandfather of the current winemaker Alejandro Martínez.
Since then, Cavas Rosell Boher has continued the French tradition of Champagne, making products only through the Champenoise Method, with the time and patience necessary to obtain a final result of extreme quality.
