Designed as the perfect after-dinner movie night, at Feast Your Eyes cinephile's and foodies will be treated to a movie and food experience in the cinema!
On Sunday 26th September we are bringing KING CREOLE (1958) back to the big screen for a Feast Your Eyes special! Set in New Orleans, Elvis Presley plays 19-year-old Danny Fisher (a role originally intended for James Dean), who is struggling to graduate from high school when he accidentally stumbles into a singing career. Directed by Michael Curtiz and co-starring Walter Matthau, the film was primarily shot on location and is embroiled in the criminal underworld behind the cabaret scene of the French Quarter. It has an atmosphere of otherness, a pervading aura of the old world in a new land. This hit musical remains the pinnacle of the American singer’s film career. This event is a MUST for all Elvis Presley fans!
All tickets are $40 and include a themed cocktail and dessert* specially crafted for this event. Cocktails and desserts are served upon cinema entry. Once you have your cocktail and dessert, take a seat, and enjoy our themed pre-show, inspired by the film.
You can even make a night of it and book in for the Sunday Roast at CoCo restaurant before the film!
