Yoga in the park is back!
Join us for Yoga at @waikanae park on park ave. Starting Tuesday 11th of January 2022 over the summer months to March (maybe including April weather permitted).
Beginners and all ability levels are welcome for most classes.
Thursday will be a moderate/ intermediate class but open to beginners as well.
We will start with 5 minutes of conscious breathing, warm up our wrist and body, go through balance exercises and standing positions and end with deep stretches. I will give lots of options to make this class suitable for you. This is not meant to be a workout or boot camp class- we want to create a healthy and strong community one yoga class at a time.
