In this workshop, we will explore skills that have been proven to decrease the length and discomfort of the birthing process. Simple and effective tools using positioning, breath and touch to facilitate a more relaxed birthing process. Come with partner, friend or solo.
$45/couple or solo each evening.
This can be attended only once or many times to develop skills/tools for coping during the birthing process. You will need to bring along a pillow. All other equipment and notes are provided.

We will follow the same hygiene protocols as the Yoga classes and wear masks unless we are on our mat space.
