Shaolin Kung Fu
Want to increase flexibility, agility, strength and confidence? Shaolin Kung Fu is a martial arts practice that comes directly from the Shaolin Temple in China. Practising Shaolin is to cultivate many aspects of your physical, mental and emotional health.
Hernan has been teaching Shaolin for many years, and encourages students to be the best version of themselves, at whatever level they are currently at. Students are expected to be respectful and and supportive and inclusive.
