This workshop allows you to stop and reflect on the previous 6 months of 2021, taking some much needed you time to look at your current health and wellness.

Our goal is to find a ‘happy’ balance in life which is not always easy. In order to be the happiest version of you, we must first take reflect, understand then set short term REALISTIC goals to make it achievable.
Join Alicia and a small supportive group of women who like you are also trying to find that balance, as she gives you the tools to create a healthier and happier balance.
