Navigating menopause can take its toll mentally and physically.
Everything from lack of sleep, brain fog and dwindling confidence through to aching muscles, fatigue and hot flushes.
Our day retreat helps you tune into yourself rather than fight nature.
Set in nature at our peaceful retreat venue close to the Mahurangi Regional Park, we will have a day of nourishment alongside learning healthy, positive and practical ways to adapt to this change in our life. The wellbeing tools we give you will address physical, emotional and lifestyle issues.
Facilitated by competent and knowledgeable wellbeing coaches, Amanda and Clancy will take you through evidence-based menopause modules (covering nutrition, exercise and lifestyle). The day will begin and end with gentle yoga and meditation. Throughout the day we will take you through the practice of mindfulness and a beautiful time in the surrounding nature.
You will leave with practical strategies to manage menopause the healthy way and embrace the change with grace and joy.
The day includes a beautiful plant-based lunch and afternoon tea.
All you need to do is wear comfortable clothing and turn up to retreat yourself.
This retreat is for women experiencing menopause at any stage in her journey.
