Your Life’s Purpose – Discover Your Emotional Needs and Core Values
Ask the big question – what is the ‘Why’ of your life? Reflect on your emotional needs. Learn how to identify an overarching purpose and a wider meaning that is larger than yourself. Work with your personal values to develop a life purpose statement and goals that can guide how you live, work and play.
Put in the hard work on this one day Saturday workshop and experience the benefits of self-knowledge. Let the emotional knowledge you gain inform not only how you live your life but also how you feel about living it. You’ll be asking the big questions about not only how you live your life, but also why. Discover the tools and scientifically-based information to inform the exploration of your life’s purpose.
Consider your emotional needs and how they relate to personal meaning. You’ll unwrap the concepts of emotional nutrition and be shown how to be guided by your values and start to think of them as a compass directing the journey of your life. To do this you’ll identify your values hierarchy and learn about how this framework can inform how you live your life. Once you can apply a spirit of consistency to your self-identified larger purpose, as well as your needs, then your life’s purpose, emotional needs and core values, will align. It’s quite a transformational day!
Bring pen and paper. Tea and coffee provided, please bring your lunch/snacks.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
Develop a Life Purpose Statement
Perform an Emotional Needs Self-Assessment
Elicit Your Core Values
Align your goals with your life purpose, emotional needs and core values
