Ticket Information:

We humans like to think we’re exceptional beings, but just like trees, rocks and tabletops, we’re nothing but the products of physics, moulded by its laws.

Yes, our ability to love, to regret, to build, to destroy, separates us from inanimate objects, but the reality is we’re just bags of particles, or as Professor Brian Greene eloquently puts it, “life is physics orchestrated.” Pretty humbling, huh?

While our lifespans are mere blips on the universe’s timeline, it doesn’t make them worthless. As Brian describes it, the novelty of our existence lies in the fact we’re transient travellers made from the same matter as everything and everyone around us.

Our ‘blip’ is part of a cosmic story that started at the dawn of time, has been shaped by entropy and evolution, and will one day come to a spectacular end.

During his June 2022 tour across Australia and New Zealand, Brian will explore this story, and along the way, answer our most ancient and existential questions.

Part philosopher and part physicist, don’t expect him to get bogged down in equations - Brian’s passion spills over into discussions of free will, art, religion and ethics, which he examines through the lens of not only a scientist with 40 years experience, but also as a kid whose curiosity knows no bounds.

This event will be your little pocket of order in our chaotically beautiful universe. Don’t miss this opportunity to see one of our generation’s greatest minds in full force LIVE in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Auckland.

Grab your tickets today, and as always, think responsibly.
