Te Tauihu Short Story Awards, (formerly the Page and Blackmore Short Story Competition) closes in 3 week's time. We'd love to receive an entry from you.
This year, for the first time, entries are invited in either English or Māori. There are equal prizes for each option.
The theme is open so you can write about anything that sparks your imagination. Stories only need to be between 1 and 3 pages long — the word limit is 1500 words. Whether you are a beginning writer or more experienced writer, we welcome your stories. The first prize of $1,000 plus gift vouchers for both the English and Māori categories may be an incentive.
