About the course:
Anxiety, fear and depression are an increasingly common problem for younger people in our busy, modern world. On this course we will give effective meditation techniques to gain control over our mind, rather than allowing our mind to control us. In this way you can remove the causes of these negative minds and enjoy a more balanced and happy life. For ages 10 to 18 years. Can attend with or without an adult.

What to expect at a class:
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend or to benefit from them. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
