Join Lana and Sonsie and rest and rejuvenate: be guided in meditation, yoga, pranayama and mantra, learn simple practices to engage with ease and openness. Know that everything offered is optional – find and follow your own rhythm and bliss. Explore traditional and current practices, woven together with love and kindness. Let the long and languid breaks each afternoon be your special time to move, to be still, to play at the ocean.
Strengthen positive states in the mind and body and encourage deeper reservoirs of lightness as a natural way of being. These practices soften and settle us and return us to greater vitality. There will be many opportunities to go into silence for as long as you like too – to tune into your innate Self wisdom.
