This online training module provides attendees with a basic understanding of how to form a diversity and inclusion committee that will be able to support organisational efforts to design and manage a sensitive workplace diversity, equity and inclusion journey.
Through this 90-minute workshop participants will:
Develop a basic view of the core functions of a diversity and inclusion committee
Review the different wats to create a group or committee
Explore the steps to creating an action plan for the committee’s first operational year
