Morepork BBQ cordially invites you to an evening of the finest wagyu and whiskey tasting this side of the harbour bridge. If you're a fan of the finer things in life then this is definitely for you. Far from the classic kiwi 'burn and turn' steak's that we're all used to at backyard bbq's, this evening is a six course degustation consisting of the finest wagyu beef from New Zealand and Australia seared & cooked to absolute perfection by Jodi, Clint and Thomas, our award winning pit masters. Each course will be paired with either whiskey or a whiskey cocktail. Each pairing will be sure to leave you salivating in anticipation for the course to follow.
Jodi and Clint from Morepork BBQ have both worked in Michelin star restaurants in the USA where they were not only trained in but specialised in this type of fine dining. Since Morepork BBQ's inception here in NZ they have both longed to bring this type of experience to the New Zealand public.
