Taste of Waikato offers guests a relaxing evening in the beautiful rural setting of this iconic 500-acre heritage farm. Red Barn chefs will share stories of the fresh, locally sourced ingredients used for each dish, from the buttermilk of our farm’s dairy cows to the fish in local lakes and rivers.
