We are thrilled to present an evening with A Lady Butcher, Hannah Millar and Behemoth founder, Andrew Childs. Focusing on the Nose to Tail philosophy, Hannah will discuss the obvious and not-so-obvious cuts of pork and how she creates her award-winning products from this wonderful beast. We will have a whole carcass on display to enable Hannah to easily demonstrate and discuss her butchery prowess.
What better way to commence the imbibing journey than with a carefully crafted charcuterie board? Following this, guests will be presented with a four-course pork-based menu using pork scotch, hock and shoulder. Each course will be presented with a brief explanation of its cooking method and matched with a Behemoth beer We will discuss cooking methods and flavour profiles so you can discover the influence pairing has on your dining experience.
