Taught by Claire, experienced teacher and assessor of breathing, mindful movement, and meditation, from Awakening Wellbeing.
All levels are welcome and everyone learns something simple to take with them into daily life, to help manage physical and psychological pains.
Everything shared in this class is shown by science to promote calm, peace, restorative sleep, and a balanced nervous system. These go on to beneficially impact hormonal balance, emotional regulation, choices, communication, and relationships.

For the Wednesday lunchtime class, its fine to have a snack an hour or so before, if you think you will get intolerably hungry during!
If you prefer to do the class seated rather than on a floor mat, just let me know in advance.
Bring your own water and mat. If you don't have a mat, don't worry about it, come along anyway. Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Bookings essential, class size limited. Lessons are in Appleby, address provided immediately upon booking. Payment by cash or e-transfer. $15, in advance or at the venue. For venue or other queries, please contact Claire.
