Slow Flow Yoga Class - all levels welcome.
Slow down and breathe deeper into each yoga shape as you find your natural rhythm with ease and grace.
These classes are designed around basic slow-moving Yoga sequences which encourage the practitioner to be aware of the transitional movements as well as the desired yoga shapes themselves. With a focus on deep spacious breath, these classes explore movement with authenticity and fluidity to connect back into our own innate joy.
The slow, gentle pace is perfect for beginners and all levels of Yoga practitioners who wish to dive into a deeper state of awareness. We look forward to meeting you on the mat, Tuesdays: 6:30-7:30 pm with Lucy Hodgins and Wednesday lunchtimes: 12-12:45 pm with Laura Whiting.
