Simple and relaxing training for a peaceful mind. Take a break at lunchtime, meditate and continue your day refreshed. The class starts with a ten minute guided breathing meditation to relax, then a small explanation on the topic of the next ten minute guided meditation.
Everyone is welcome! This is also great training to practise the meditation of the Wednesday drop-in class one more time with guidance.
