Dive deep into the practice of Restorative Yoga. A 5-week course commences on the 11th of February at the Contemporary Yoga Centre, Remuera.
Restorative yoga practise offers time and space to deeply unwind and rest. Regular practice of restorative yoga may significantly reduce stress, resulting in improved breathing, sleep, circulation and digestion.
The practice is simple, and often mentally challenging for yoga students more familiar with strong muscular skeletal yoga practices, however, the effects can help to deeply restore mental and physical balance and well-being.
Karla is an experienced and qualified teacher. She has taught restorative yoga classes for over 20 years in Auckland. She facilitates regular restorative yoga retreats and restorative yoga teacher trainings. She is the co-founder of Contemporary Yoga, and the Contemporary Yoga Centre in Auckland.
Beginners and experienced students welcome. Class size limited to 16 students.
