These Prenatal Yoga classes are specifically designed to support you through your pregnancy, childbirth and into motherhood. pregnancy is such a special time and yoga is a beautiful gateway to cherishing those brief 9 months that is abundant with change and growth. Join a beautiful, supportive and nurturing community.
This is a 6-week block running on 6 consecutive Wednesdays. You can pay for the block at a discounted price of $90 or if space allows joining classes casually for $18 a session. Either way please ensure that you book a mat by contacting Well and Good Health or Andi at firstname.lastname@example.org as spaces are limited. If the block has commenced please contact as you can join in at any time if there is availability.
Classes are for anyone who is pregnant, you do not need prior yoga experience. I just encourage you to check with your midwife/doctor that you are safe to start a gentle movement. You can start at any time in your pregnancy but I do encourage women to be extra cautious during the sensitive first trimester and you can practice right up until your birth.
