These Prenatal Yoga classes are specifically designed to support you through your pregnancy, childbirth and into motherhood. pregnancy is such a special time and yoga is a beautiful gateway to cherishing those brief 9 months that is abundant with change and growth. Join a beautiful, supportive and nurturing community.
This is a 5-week block running on Sundays (please note there is no yoga on the 30th of May and the 6th of June). You can pay for the block at a discounted price of $75 or if space allows joining classes casually for $18 a session. Either way please ensure that you book a mat by contacting Well and Good Health or Andi at email@example.com as spaces are limited.
Classes are for anyone who is pregnant, you do not need prior yoga experience. I just encourage you to check with your midwife/doctor that you are safe to start a gentle movement. You can start at any time in your pregnancy but I do encourage women to be extra cautious during the sensitive first trimester and you can practice right up until your birth.
