These Prenatal Yoga classes are specifically designed to support you through your pregnancy, childbirth and into motherhood. pregnancy is such a special time and yoga is a beautiful gateway to cherishing those brief 9 months that is abundant with change and growth. Join a beautiful, supportive and nurturing community.
This is a 6-week block running on 6 consecutive Sundays. You can pay for the block at a discounted price of $90 or if space allows joining classes casually for $18 a session. This group often books out, please ensure that you book a mat by contacting Well and Good Health or Andi at firstname.lastname@example.org as spaces are limited to 10 people.
Classes are for anyone who is pregnant, you do not need prior yoga experience. I just encourage you to check with your midwife/doctor that you are safe to start a gentle movement. You can start at any time in your pregnancy but I do encourage women to be extra cautious during the sensitive first trimester and you can practice right up until your birth.
