We warmly welcome those new to meditation to our Open Meditation Evening. Every Friday we offer a newcomers welcome and Introduction to Meditation at 7pm.
Open to all.
7.00pm - Welcome, orientation to meditation and learning of meditative peace technique that can be used on the night.
7.45pm - A few minutes of gentle stretching to prepare for meditation.
7.45 - Chanting followed by Meditation
9.00 - Winged Prayer ~ This is a prayer for light and peace to go out to all in need and for healing for those who request it.
You are welcome to stay as long as you feel to.
