Practising Taoist Tai Chi brings health benefits for body, mind and spirit. The fast-paced yet sedentary nature of modern life often results in stress and lack of sufficient physical activity.
People of all ages can learn and benefit from the gentle turning and stretching movements of the Taoist Tai Chi internal arts of health. The art can be adapted to match any level of ability.
The course runs weekly for about 5 months.
The Taoist Tai Chi Society is a volunteer-run organisation of many years standing in NZ. The first introductory session doesn't require membership.
