Join Megan Blennerhassett for 75 minutes each week to find your breath and movement whilst having your little ones close by. You can tend to your baby when needed and enjoy a bit of your time as well.
You are more than welcome to join this series at any point - drop-ins are welcome!
Throughout the five-week series, there will be a focus on:
- Re-strengthening and balancing the pelvic floor and core
- Stretch out tight shoulders and chest
- Postures and breathing techniques to manage stress
- Rejuvenating postures for when you haven't slept
- Connect with other mums and make new friends
- Share insights and wisdom to help navigate new mamahood with more ease
Our teacher (Megan) will help calm babies during Savasana with the gentle sounds of our rainstick, singing bowls and chimes - giving you all the rest and relaxation you need.
