Mindfulness Tai Chi offers a way of deepening your connections with yourself in a relaxed, fun and supportive learning environment. Guided loosening exercises, form practice and group sharing are part of the 6 weekly sessions. Through learning to apply tai chi principles and embodying mindfulness you will be improving your health, cultivating harmony and increasing happiness.
