Yoga classes for men only!
New block of 5 classes starting Tuesday the 30th of March.
Start (or continue!) your yoga journey in this friendly and relaxed environment, in a small group at beginner level. You are welcome to come and give the first class a try ($15) before deciding on signing up to the whole block.
Practising yoga has numerous benefits for your health and wellbeing. Calm your mind to destress, increase presence and concentration, soothe your nervous system, open up your body and release tension. Learn to utilize the breath and move through yoga poses in a mindful manner, increase endurance and strength and build awareness.
These classes are specifically designed for men. Here we pay extra attention to the areas of shoulders, lower back and hips. Each class finishes with deep relaxation.
