Join Vivian Cheng (from SoFitness) for a new five-week mat pilates series at Kanuka Yoga Space.
During this series, we will be working on Pilates exercises that focuses on fine-tuning your technique, working on functional movements, and challenge your body's ability to move well while maintaining proper strength and stability.

With a background as a competitive Rhythmic Gymnast, Ballet dancer, and teacher, Vivian has a strong passion for mastering form and mindful movements with the body.
She not only specialises in rehabilitation exercises but as a Certified Pilates Instructor, she can also give tailored workouts for her clients who want to tone and define their bodybuilding strength using the correct form and posture.
