Hallertau are throwing a shindig to celebrate with our friends at Thomson Whisky with whom we have just released our annual collaboration Thomson Whisky Barrel Aged Stout.
In a nutshell, we’re hosting two dinners at Riverhead and Clevedon — with 3 courses matched to our beer and Thomson’s whisky, alongside a knife-sharpening master class from Willie at Kiwi Blades.
Your hosts will be the two larrikins themselves, Matt Thomson (Thomson Whisky) and Steve Plowman (Hallertau). The menu has been crafted using our smoker by Hallertau’s newly minted head chef Logan Couth.
It’s a night of whisky, beer, mates, artisans, woodfired bread, mushrooms and sausage.
