It’s important to take care of yourself through your cancer experience. The Cancer Society's Living Well programme presents educational material in a supportive environment to help you feel less anxious about your diagnosis and improve daily life. Expert speakers will discuss a range of topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and communication as well as how to cope with fatigue and manage the side effects of treatment.
This programme is suitable for anyone with any type and stage of cancer as well as a whānau member or carer. Morning tea and light lunch provided.
