This 1-day Leading and Managing My Team with Confidence workshop is designed to develop an organizational-level perspective to leading. This workshop will build on the key concepts learned in the Introduction to Leading & Managing Others workshop. Participants will learn how to recognise motivation and respond to multiple stakeholder groups, supported by growing effective relationships through authentic leadership.
This course will cover the topics of developing a strategic perspective, creating a vision statement, stakeholder management, understanding change management and leading authentically.
Over the course of the day, you will:
Develop strategic awareness and a strategic perspective as a leader
Develop a vision statement that clearly describes your purpose and inspires and motivates people to join you
Understand and increase stakeholder awareness and improve stakeholder management skills
Understand organizational change, its drivers and impacts
Understand leadership styles and create a personal leadership statement.
